What can I say but how kind, patient, friendly, and thorough Shawn is when doing a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection). He is extremely knowledge in cars and I am not so that was helpful to me even though his report explains things in plain English. You definitely get what you paid for with him. He did everything he said he would to include over a hundred photos and a lengthy report breaking everything down. Shawn is amazing and I highly recommend him and the company for automotive assistance. 20 thumbs up.

The process to get our vehicle appraised was smooth and efficient. Everything technology related is user friendly and easy. It is not just all done however via technology as Shawn personally communicates with you via text and email and is very personable and helpful.
